On this week's show, Mike (or should we say M-Bone) and Josh discuss the Ticats signing Chris Van Zeyl and Ryker Mathews, releasing Jalen Saunders and unveiling of some of the team's Grey Cup 2021 plans. They also do a position-by-position breakdown of the roster and tell you whether the team upgraded or downgraded at each position. Things end off with the boys doing their first game preview of 2019 as they get everyone set for the pre-season tilt between the Ticats and Redblacks in Ottawa on Saturday.

On this week's episode, Mike and Josh discuss June Jones leaving to become an XFL head coach and Tommy Condell replacing him as OC, the Dylan Wynn signing and what it means for the team, the roster cuts that saw Alex Green and Justin Cappicciotti let go, how the Ticats did in the 2019 CFL Draft, and the retirement of Ricky Ray.

It should be noted that this episode was recorded prior to the new CBA being agreed to and the Ticats releasing Jalen Saunders. We will touch on those two topics (amongst other things) on the next episode.

In league news, they chat about the end of the Johnny Manziel era in the CFL (and the beginning of the Johnny Manziel era in the AAF), proposed rule changes, the ratio kerfuffle, and James Wilder Jr. possibly headed to WWE.
